Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. After this period, unfortunately we are unable to process a return or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging intact. Items that show signs of use, damage, or have been altered in any way will not be accepted.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@leore.se with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@leore.se with a photo of the item. We will resolve this at no additional cost to you.
